Plans

Bus station gets new lease of life
Over
£1.5 million has been invested in the Kirkcaldy
bus station to facilitate the increased traffic and

Upgrading
of Sea Wall
The
condition of the Kirkcaldy sea wall has been a concern
for some years, as has the amount of spray and water
that overtops the wall during stormy conditions. To

Smith Busines Park Phase 2
John
Smith Business Park represents one of the town's biggest
development in terms of size with approximately 100
acres of prime development area adjacent to the A92.
Planned
uses include a 60 bedroom 4 star hotel, 400,000 sq ft
of office space, 100,000 sq ft of retail leisure facilities
and further residential opportunities.

has already started on the site and the JSbp2 Building

Plans
to Revitalise Ravenscraig Park
Over
£200,000 will be invested in upgrading the amenities
of Ravenscraig Park over the next few years with plans
for a new play area, improvements to the existing car
park, a potential new exhibition venue and a woodland
walk to Ravenscraig Castle. |
